Rebounding is such a fun way to get in a few minutes of exercise each day. You can work your way up to 30 minutes or even an hour, or you can just hop on and jump for as little as 2-5 minutes at a time throughout the day.
ReboundingRebounding can be done while watching TV as well, so it’s an amazing way to squeeze in some healthy exercise for that couch potato! And, once you get up off that sofa and start rebounding, you’ll discover you almost feel like a school child on the playground. It really is that fun!

A few health benefits of rebounding (when done regularly):

  • promotes a healthy bowel by enhancing digestion and the elimination process
  • cleanses the lymphatic system
  • increases lung capacity
  • has been known to improve eyesight
  • promotes weight loss
  • results in lost inches
  • strengthens the immune system
  • decreases circulating cholesterol and triglyceride levels
  • gets oxygen to the tissues
  • helps repair tissue

Again, these are just a few of the health benefits of rebounding. Most of all, rebounding is fun and is easy on the joints. So, if you, or someone you know, is suffering from joint pain this is the exercise to try!

Resources: Order Rebounders online and have them shipped right to your door!

NOTE: I’ve lost over 100 pounds and rebounding has been a part of that process. Rebounding wasn’t the only aspect of my journey, but for me, it has been instrumental.
